The 17th century artpiece was made by the male artist Frederik de Moucheron. The beyond 350 year old original measures the size - height: 93,5 cm width: 125 cm | height: 36,8 in width: 49,2 in. Oil on canvas was used by the artist as the medium of the piece of art. The original masterpiece has the following inscription: "signed: Moucheron. ft.". Nowadays, the work of art can be viewed in in the Mauritshuis's digital art collection, which the Mauritshuis is home to the best artworks of Dutch painting of the seventeenth century.
