The 19th century work of art was made by Wilhelm A. Vita in 1875. The over 140 year old original had the size: 70 x 58,5 cm - frame size: 105 x 92 x 9 cm. Oil on canvas was used by the painter as the medium of the masterpiece. The original painting has the following inscription: "signed and dated lower left: W. Vita 1875th". Moveover, this artpiece is included in the Belvedere's collection located in Vienna, Austria. The modern art public domain artpiece is being included with courtesy of © Belvedere, Vienna, inventory number: 102. : ordering and 1875 Purchase from the artist in 1874. Furthermore, alignment is in portrait format and has a side ratio of 1 : 1.2, meaning that the length is 20% shorter than the width. Wilhelm A. Vita was a court painter, painter of Austrian nationality, whose art style can be attributed primarily to Historicism. The European painter was born in 1846 in Zauchtel / Suchdol nad Odrou, Czech Republic and died at the age of 73 in 1919.
