A woman sits in the shade of a flowering tree while two girls armful of flowers fields advance toward her. In the background, the plain landscape embodies spring.
This sketch is part of a set of four panels presented at the competition organized by the City of Paris in 1933 to decorate the courtyard of the girls' school of the Dupleix Street in the fifteenth arrondissement. The decor proposed by Henri Nozais related landscapes in the tradition of the calendar cycle representing each of the sites in a given season. This set was not retained for the benefit of that of Jean Robert La Montagne Saint Hubert, winner of this contest.

Select your art print material option
The product dropdown menu provides you with the possibility to choose the size and materialaccording to your preferences. Therefore, we allow you to choose among the following options:
- Acrylic glass print: A glossy acrylic glass print, often labelled as a print on plexiglass, will transform the original work of art into beautiful wall décor. Your own replica of the work of art is being custom-made thanks to state-of-the-art UV print machines.
- Canvas print: The printed canvas, not to be confused with a painting on a canvas, is a digital image printed on an industrial printer. Your printed canvas of your favorite artpiece will allow you to transform your personal fine art print into a large artpiece like you know from art galleries. The great advantage of canvas prints is that they are relatively low in weight, which implies that it is easy and straightforward to hang up the Canvas print without the use of additional wall-mounts. That is why, canvas prints are suited for any type of wall.
- Aluminium dibond (metal print): An Aluminium Dibond print is a print with an outstanding depth, creating a contemporary look with a surface , which is not reflective. A direct Aluminium Dibond Print is the excellent start to fine art prints with alu. For your Direct Aluminium Dibond print, we print your artpiece onto the aluminium composite white-primed surface. The colors of the print are bright and luminous, fine details of the print are crisp.
- Poster print (canvas material): Our poster is a UV printed canvas paper with a fine surface texture. The poster print is ideally suited for putting the art replica using a custom-made frame. Please keep in mind, that depending on the size of the poster print we add a white margin of around 2-6cm round about the painting, which facilitates the framing.
