On a table covered with an Oriental rug are a Wan Li bowl of apples and lemons, silvery scales, a golden ceremonial cup, bread on a tin plate, a goblet of wine which hangs a peeled lemon, on grapes and a pear. At the back is a large porcelain vase or pot.
