The "League" is the name given during the religious wars in a party that was given the task of defending the Catholic faith against Protestantism. After the death of Henry III (1 August 1589), the "League" vigorously opposed the arrival of the heir to the throne, Henry IV, Prince Protestant. Many spectacular events combining monks, soldiers and children took place in Paris between 1590 and 1593. Only the conversion of Henry IV to Catholicism in 1593, was able to appease the spirits. Many painted versions and an etching Petrus Koerius widely disseminated the event.

For the Aluminium Dibond option, we print the chosen work of art on the aluminium composite white-primed surface. Your artwork will be custom-made with the help of modern UV print machines. With an acrylic glass fine art print contrasts as well as image details become more recognizeable because of the very fine tonal gradation.
- Poster (canvas material): The Artprinta poster print is a printed canvas with a granular surface finish. A poster print is perfectly appropriate for framing your art replica with a special frame. Please keep in mind, that depending on the size of the poster print we add a white margin of approximately 2-6cm around the print motif, which facilitates the framing.
- The canvas print: The canvas print, which shall not be mistaken with a canvas painting, is a digital image applied onto canvas. A canvas makes the typical look of three-dimensionality. A canvas creates a nice and comfy ambience. Canvas Prints have the advantage of being low in weight, which means that it is easy to hang your Canvas print without extra wall-mounts.
