The ball Tabarin was located on the site of the current No. 36, rue Victor Massé. The ball Tabarin Music Hall was opened in 1904 by Auguste Bosc and closed in 1961. The work figured in the lounge of the National Society of Fine Arts in 1906 (No. 1168).

This more than 110 years old artpiece was created by the artist Louis Abel-Truchet. The original measures the size: Height: 81 cm, Width: 65 cm and was painted on the medium Oil painting.
