Nicolaes Maes, 1660 - Portrait of a Woman - fine art print

This more than 360 years old artpiece was made by the baroque master Nicolaes Maes in the year 1660. The original was made with the size: 30 x 26,5 cm (11 13/16 x 10 7/16 in). Oil on panel was used by the Dutch artist as the technique for the piece of art. Today, this piece of art is in the the digital collection of Art Institute Chicago located in Chicago, Illinois, United States of America. The painter Nicolaes Maes was a European artist from the Netherlands, whose style was primarily Baroque. The European artist lived for 59 years, born in the year 1634 in Dordrecht, South Holland, Netherlands and passed away in 1693 in Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands.
