Oil on panel was applied by the artist as the technique for the piece of art. The artpiece has the following inscription: signed and dated: vG 1631. The art dealer, painter Jan van Goyen was a European artist, whose style can primarily be assigned to Baroque. The Baroque painter lived for 60 years and was born in 1596 in Leyden, South Holland, Netherlands and died in 1656.
