Perfumery Purple, at the corner of Boulevard des Capucines and Rue Scribe, disappeared in 1886; it was replaced by the store "Old England" who also disappeared in 2012.

What type of product do we offer here?

The artwork The Purple perfume on the corner of the Boulevard des Capucines and the Rue Scribe. was created by the artist Giuseppe De Nittis in 1880. The 140 years old work of art has the size: Height: 40,5 cm, Width: 32,5 cm. The original artwork was inscribed with the text: Signing of the running - Signed lower left: "de Nittis". Nowadays, the artwork can be viewed in in the Musée Carnavalet Paris's digital collection, which is a museum dedicated to the history of the city Paris.
