The 20th century painting named Battle of Lights, Coney Island, Mardi Gras was created by Joseph Stella in 1913. The painting had the following size 77 x 84 3/4 in (195,6 x 215,3 cm) framed: 78 7/8 x 86 5/8 x 2 5/16 in (200,3 x 220 x 5,9 cm) and was painted with the technique oil on canvas. Nowadays, this piece of art forms part of the Yale University Art Gallery's digital art collection, which belongs to Yale University and is the oldest art museum of a university in the western hemisphere.
