In the year 1791 Vinzenz Fischer made the baroque artpiece. The original version had the following size of 52 x 74 cm - frame dimensions: 64 x 85 x 7,5 cm. Oil on canvas was used by the European artist as the technique for the painting. The original artwork has the following inscription: signed and dated right on the base of the statue: V. FISCHER MDCCXCI. This work of art forms part of the Belvedere's collection, which is one of Europe's most famous museums with three locations that blends the experience of architecture and art in a unique way. Vinzenz Fischer was a architect, painter, whose style can primarily be assigned to Baroque. The painter was born in the year 1729 in Schmidham at Griesbach and passed away at the age of 81 in the year 1810 in Vienna, Vienna state, Austria.
