The over 130 year old original has the size: 72,4 x 92,1 cm (28 1/2 x 36 1/4 in) and was painted with oil on canvas. Today, this artpiece is in the the art collection of Yale University Art Gallery in New Haven, Connecticut, United States of America. We are delighted to mention that the public domain artwork is included with courtesy of Yale University Art Gallery. The creditline of the artpiece is: Bequest of Stephen Carlton Clark, 1903. Moreover, alignment is landscape with a side ratio of 4 : 3, meaning that the length is 33% longer than the width. The painter, botanical illustrator, printmaker, drawer Vincent van Gogh was a European artist, whose artistic style can primarily be attributed to Post-Impressionism. The Post-Impressionist painter lived for 37 years - born in 1853 in Zundert, North Brabant, Netherlands and passed away in 1890.
