The 260 year old version of the artwork has the following size: height: 113 cm width: 87,5 cm | height: 44,5 in width: 34,4 in and was manufactured with the technique of oil on canvas. The original artwork has the following text as inscrption: "signed and dated: J. Aved f. 1751.". Nowadays, the artpiece is in the the Mauritshuis's art collection located in The Hague, South Holland, Netherlands. We are happy to reference that the public domain masterpiece is being included with courtesy of Mauritshuis, The Hague. Creditline of the artwork: Probably P.C. Huybrechts, The Hague, 1806; probably Nationale Konst-Gallery, The Hague, 1806-1808; transferred, in or before 1841. The alignment of the digital reproduction is portrait with an image ratio of 3 : 4, which implies that the length is 25% shorter than the width. The painter Jacques-André-Joseph Aved was an artist, whose artistic style can be attributed mainly to Baroque. The Baroque artist was born in the year 1702 and died at the age of 64 in the year 1766.
