Product materials our customers can choose from

In the product dropdown lists you can pick the material and size of your choice. Choose among the following product options now to match your preferences in size and material:

  • Acrylic glass print: An print on acrylic glass, often described as a print on plexiglass, will change your chosen original artwork into magnificient décor and is a viable alternative option to aluminium and canvas fine art replicas. Your work of art is made with modern UV print technology. The major upside of an acrylic glass print is that contrasts as well as color details will be more identifiable because of the delicate tonal gradation. The real glass coating protects your custom art replica against sunlight and external influences for many decades.
  • Aluminium dibond: An Aluminium Dibond print is a print with an outstanding effect of depth. For the Direct Print On Aluminum Dibond, we print the work of art right onto the surface of the aluminum material. The bright parts of the original work of art shine with a silky gloss, however without any glow. Colors are luminous in the highest definition, fine details of the print appear crisp. The direct UV print on aluminium is one of the most popular entry-level products and is a truly contemporary way to display fine art prints, because it puts the viewer’s focus on the image.
  • Canvas: The canvas print is a printed cotton canvas mounted on a wooden stretcher. A canvas makes the extra look of three dimensionality. The advantage of canvas prints is that they are relatively low in weight, which implies that it is quite simple to hang up your Canvas print without the use of additional wall-mounts. Therefore, canvas prints are suitable for any type of wall.
  • The poster print (canvas material): A poster is a UV printed sheet of canvas with a granular texture on the surface. Please note, that depending on the absolute size of the poster print we add a white margin of approximately 2-6cm around the painting in order to facilitate the framing with a custom frame.

Important note: We try our best in order to describe our products as clearly as possible and to exhibit them visually. At the same time, the colors of the printed materials, as well as the imprint might vary somehwat from the presentation on your device's screen. Depending on the screen settings and the quality of the surface, not all color pigments can be printed as realisitcally as the digital version depicted here. Bearing in mind that all art prints are printed and processed manually, there might as well be minor differences in the motif's exact position and the size.

This painting, which most likely was intended as a single, private devotional panel, combines the depiction of the Nativity and the Adoration of the Shepherds as described in both biblical and mystical literature. It probably dates from the early 1480s, before David established himself in Bruges. The homely and naive figure types and the geometric simplification of the heads of the Virgin and angels reflect models the artist knew from his early training in the northern Netherlands. Already present is the characteristic combination of serene landscape, simple architectural setting, and meditative figures that would contribute to the painter’s popularity.
