In 1867 the Dutch painter George Hendrik Breitner created the piece of art. Today, this work of art is in the the Rijksmuseum's art collection, which is the largest museum for Dutch art and history from the Middle Ages to the present day. The photographer, painter George Hendrik Breitner was an artist from the Netherlands, whose art style can mainly be classified as Impressionism. The artist was born in 1857 and passed away at the age of 66 in 1923.
