In 1768 the male American painter Benjamin West created this masterpiece Agrippina Landing at Brundisium with the Ashes of Germanicus. The original had the size: 64 1/2 x 94 1/2 in (163,8 x 240 cm) and was painted with the technique oil on canvas. Nowadays, this artpiece can be viewed in in the digital art collection of Yale University Art Gallery, which belongs to Yale University and is the oldest art museum of a university in the western hemisphere.
