The classic art masterpiece named Orpheus and Eurydice was created by the baroque artist Guido Reni. The masterpiece measures the size: unframed: 214,6 x 167,6 cm (84 1/2 x 66 in) framed: 102 1/4 x 82 5/8 x 5 1/2 in. Oil on canvas was applied by the artist as the technique for the piece of art. The artwork can be viewed in in the Yale University Art Gallery's digital art collection in New Haven, Connecticut, United States of America. Griggs, 1896, Fund, Robert Lehman Foundation Acquisition Fund for Early European and Modern and Contemporary Art, and Director’s Fund, by exchange. Besides, the alignment of the digital reproduction is portrait with an aspect ratio of 3 : 4, which means that the length is 25% shorter than the width. The painter Guido Reni was an artist, whose style was primarily Baroque. The painter was born in the year 1575 in Bologna, Bologna province, Emilia-Romagna, Italy and deceased at the age of 67 in the year 1642.
