The 18th century painting was created by the rococo artist Jacobus Buys. The piece of art is part of the digital art collection of Rijksmuseum. Jacobus Buys was a painter of Dutch nationality, whose style can primarily be attributed to Rococo. The painter lived for 77 years - born in 1724 in Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands and died in 1801.
