Important information: We try the best we can to depict the art products as precisely as we can and to exhibit them visually. This 19th century piece of art was created by the Dutch artist Leo Gestel in 1891. Today, the work of art belongs to the art collection of Rijksmuseum, which is the largest museum for Dutch art and history from the Middle Ages to the present day. Leo Gestel was a painter, graphic artist, whose artistic style can mainly be classified as Expressionism. The Expressionist artist lived for 60 years - born in the year 1881 in Woerden, South Holland, Netherlands and passed away in the year 1941.
