This more than 390 years old artwork named The Laughing Man was painted by the Dutch artist Rembrandt van Rijn. The version of the piece of art measures the size: height: 15,3 cm width: 12,2 cm | height: 6 in width: 4,8 in and was crafted with oil on copper on panel. This work of art is included in the art collection of Mauritshuis in The Hague, South Holland, Netherlands. We are glad to mention that the masterpiece, which is part of the public domain is provided with courtesy of Mauritshuis, The Hague. Furthermore, alignment of the digital reproduction is in portrait format and has an image ratio of 1 : 1.2, which means that the length is 20% shorter than the width. Rembrandt van Rijn was a painter of Dutch nationality, whose artistic style was mainly Baroque. The European painter lived for 63 years, born in the year 1606 in Leiden and deceased in 1669.
