For every fine art print we offer a range of different sizes and materials. The following options are available for individualization:

  • Acrylic glass print (with real glass coating): A glossy acrylic glass print, often referred to as a print on plexiglass, will convert the original artwork into marvellous wall decoration and is a viable alternative option to dibond or canvas fine art prints.
  • Aluminium dibond: Aluminium Dibond prints are metal prints with an impressive depth effect - for a modern impression and a non-reflective surface structure. Colors are luminous in the highest definition, the fine details are very clear.
  • Poster on canvas material: The poster print is a UV printed canvas paper with a fine surface texture, that resembles the actual masterpiece. Please keep in mind, that depending on the absolute size of the poster print we add a white margin of approximately 2-6cm round about the painting, which facilitates the framing.
  • Canvas print: A canvas print, which should not be mistaken with a painting on a canvas, is a digital replica printed directly on canvas material. A printed canvas produces a familiar and pleasant effect. Canvas prints are relatively low in weight, meaning that it is quite simple to hang the Canvas print without any wall-mounts. A canvas print is suitable for any type of wall.

Important note: We strive in order to depict our art products as accurate as possible and to display them visually on the product detail pages. However, the colors of the printed materials, as well as the print result might vary slightly from the representation on your device's screen. Depending on the settings of your screen and the quality of the surface, not all colors will be printed 100% realistically. In view of the fact that all art prints are printed and processed by hand, there may also be slight variations in the size and exact position of the motif.

Poussin returned to the subject of the Holy Family throughout his career. During his early years in Rome, he was especially interested in Venetian painting, studying Titian’s great mythological compositions, especially the Bacchanals, from which he took inspiration for the fruit-gathering cherubs and the landscape in this painting. The family group sits under an apple tree with a grape vine twisting around it. A lone apple sits centrally on a shroudlike blanket at the foot of the composition. As symbols of salvation, apples connect Christ to Adam through a passage from the Song of Solomon (2:3). Grapes are associated with the Eucharist and the lamb with redemption.
