The art product

"Portrait of Johan of Beverwijck (1594-1647) in his Study" was painted by the male Dutch artist Jan Olis. The beyond 380 year-old original was painted with the dimensions: height: 25,7 cm width: 20,5 cm | height: 10,1 in width: 8,1 in and was painted with the techinque oil on panel. The original artwork was inscribed with the information: "signed: J olis". Today, the artwork can be viewed in in the digital collection of Mauritshuis. Besides this, the alignment of the digital reproduction is in portrait format and has an image ratio of 3 : 4, meaning that the length is 25% shorter than the width. The painter Jan Olis was a European artist, whose style was primarily Baroque. The artist lived for 76 years - born in the year 1600 and deceased in 1676.
