The over 180 year old masterpiece with the title Alexander Van Rensselaer was created by the American painter George P. A. Healy. The beyond 180 years old original version was painted with the size - 36 1/4 x 28 3/8 in (91,7 x 71,5 cm). Oil on canvas was applied by the artist as the technique for the painting. This artwork is in the the The Metropolitan Museum of Art's art collection, which is one of the world's largest and finest art museums, which includes more than two million works of art spanning five thousand years of world culture, from prehistory to the present and from every part of the globe..
