The art product

The painting "Meaning Frauenpaar main" was created by Gabriel von Max. The original was painted with the size: 60 x 40 cm - frame: 63,5 x 43 x 4,5 cm. Oil on canvas was used by the painter as the technique for the work of art. The masterpiece has the following text as inscrption: "signed lower left: G.Max". Today, the piece of art is in the the digital collection of Belvedere in Vienna, Austria. The work of art, which is in the public domain is included with courtesy of © Belvedere, Vienna, inventory number: 8017. Creditline of the artwork: transfer from the Kunsthistorisches Museum, Vienna in 1987. Besides, the alignment is portrait with an image ratio of 2 : 3, meaning that the length is 33% shorter than the width. Gabriel von Max was a painter, whose style can be attributed mainly to Historicism. The artist was born in 1840 in Prague and passed away at the age of 75 in 1915.
