The 18th century masterpiece The Martyrdom of St. Andrew was painted by the baroque master Franz Anton Maulbertsch in the year 1760. The more than 260 years old original was painted with the size: 86 x 52 cm. Oil on canvas was applied by the European artist as the medium of the work of art. Franz Anton Maulbertsch was a male painter of Austrian nationality, whose style was primarily Baroque. The European painter was born in 1724 in Langenargen, Baden-Wurttemberg, Germany and deceased at the age of 72 in the year 1796 in Vienna, Vienna state, Austria.
