For every product we offer a range of different sizes & materials. You can choose your your favorite size and material among the following options:

  • Printed acrylic glass (with real glass coating): The acrylic glass print, which is sometimes labelled as a plexiglass print, will convert the original into beautiful décor. The work of art is printed thanks to the help of state-of-the-art UV printing machines. The great benefit of a plexiglass art print is that contrasts as well as painting details become exposed due to the very subtle tonal gradation. Our plexiglass with real glass coating protects your custom fine art print against light and heat for between 4 and 6 decades.
  • Aluminium dibond (metal print): Aluminium Dibond prints are metal prints with an outstanding depth. Its non-reflective surface structure make a modern look. A direct Direct Print on Aluminum Dibond is the best introduction to the sophisticated world of fine art replicas made with aluminum. For your Aluminium Dibond option, we print the selected artpiece onto the surface of the white-primed aluminum material.
  • Poster print on canvas material: The poster print is a UV printed sheet of canvas paper with a fine structure on the surface. It is optimally designed for placing your art replica with the help of a custom frame. Please bear in mind, that depending on the size of the poster print we add a white margin of approximately 2-6cm round about the print motif to facilitate the framing.
  • The canvas print: The canvas print, not to be confused with a real canvas painting, is a digital image printed from an industrial printing machine. It produces a typical look of three dimensionality. A printed canvas of your favorite artpiece will give you the unique opportunity to transform your into a large collection piece as you know from galleries. A canvas print has the advantage of being low in weight, which means that it is easy to hang your Canvas print without extra wall-mounts. That is why, canvas prints are suited for all types of walls.

Important note: We try our best to describe our art products with as many details as possible and to exhibit them visually in our shop. Nevertheless, the pigments of the printing material and the imprint might vary marginally from the presentation on your screen. Considering that all our are printed and processed manually, there may also be slight differences in the size and exact position of the motif.

Original description by the museum (© - The Metropolitan Museum of Art - The Metropolitan Museum of Art)

In later centuries, altarpieces were sometimes dismantled and cut into smaller fragments. In this case, the original religious panel included a full-length portrait of the kneeling donor. At some point he was cut out from the waist up, and the background was repainted in a uniform, dark color to make the painting look like an independent portrait. With the overpaint now removed, the panel’s fragmentary condition is evident, for we see the cloak and arm of the donor’s patron saint, possibly Saint John the Baptist, presenting him to the now-lost object of his devotion formerly at the right.
