A canvas print has the advantage of being relatively low in weight, which implies that it is quite simple to hang up your Canvas print without the support of extra wall-mounts. A canvas print is suitable for any kind of wall.
• Poster (canvas material): Our poster print is a printed canvas paper with a granular surface structure. The printed poster is suited for placing the art copy in a custom-made frame. Please bear in mind, that depending on the size of the poster print we add a white margin of around 2-6cm round about the work of art in order to facilitate the framing with your custom frame.

Description

This classic art painting was made by the American artist Cosmo Alexander in 1770. The original of the work of art was painted with the following size: 127,7 × 101,6 cm (50 1/4 × 40 in) and was crafted with the medium oil on canvas. The original artwork has the following inscription: "signed lower right on base of column: "Alexr p(?) A D 1770" (the "r" in the inscription is superscript) Letter in his hand reads: "To Alexander Gra[n]t / Late of Jamai[ca]"". What is more, this piece of art is part of the art collection of Art Institute Chicago. Furthermore, alignment of the digital reproduction is portrait and has a side ratio of 1 : 1.2, which implies that the length is 20% shorter than the width.
