The 19th century artwork was painted by Johan (John) Georg Arsenius in 1854. The beyond 160 year-old original was made with the exact size: Height: 59,5 cm (23,4 ″); Width: 71 cm (27,9 ″). Oil on canvas was used by the artist as the medium of the painting.
