The wool season was made by the painter John Gibb in 1885. The 130 year old artpiece measures the size: Image: 1497mm (width), 920mm (height) and was manufactured with the medium oil on canvas. It is part of the Museum of New Zealand - Te Papa Tongarewa's digital collection, which is the national museum of New Zealand, with a great collection of artworks that contain deep ancestral links to the indigenous Māori population of New Zealand.
