This classic art painting was made by John Trumbull. The original version has the following size: 19 x 24 7/8 in (48,3 x 63,2 cm) framed: 28 1/2 x 34 1/2 x 4 1/4 in (72,4 x 87,6 x 10,8 cm) and was painted with the techinque oil on canvas mounted on wood. What is more, this artpiece is in the the Yale University Art Gallery's collection, which belongs to Yale University and is the oldest art museum of a university in the western hemisphere. John Trumbull was a male artist, painter from United States, whose art style was primarily Romanticism. The artist was born in the year 1756 in Lebanon, New London county, Connecticut, United States and deceased at the age of 87 in the year 1843.
