The 19th century masterpiece "Godfrey of Bouillon and Crusaders" was made by the historicist painter Johann Till der Jüngere in 1854. The version of the painting was painted with the following size: 148 x 226 cm - frame: 172 x 251 x 8 cm and was painted with the technique oil on canvas. Signed and dated lower right: Till Johann 1854 is the masterpiece's inscription. This work of art is included in the collection of Belvedere, which is one of Europe's most famous museums with three locations that blends the experience of architecture and art in a unique way. We are glad to state that the work of art, which is part of the public domain is being supplied with courtesy of © Belvedere, Vienna, inventory number: 7792. The creditline of the artpiece is: transfer from the Kunsthistorisches Museum, Vienna in 1987. Moreover, alignment is in landscape format with a side ratio of 3 : 2, meaning that the length is 50% longer than the width. The painter Johann Till der Jüngere was an artist, whose art style was primarily Historicism. The Historicist artist lived for a total of 67 years - born in the year 1827 in Vienna and died in 1894.
