Charles Meynier was a male painter, draftsman, engraver of French nationality, whose artistic style can be classified as Neoclassicism. The French painter lived for a total of 64 years, born in 1768 in Paris, Ile-de-France, France and died in 1832 in Paris, Ile-de-France, France.
