In 1597 the artist Jan Brueghel the Elder created this artpiece Christ's Descent into Limbo. The over 420 year old original had the size: height: 26,5 cm width: 35,5 cm | height: 10,4 in width: 14 in. Oil on copper on panel was used by the European artist as the technique for the painting.
