The bright and white components of the work of art shimmer with a silk gloss, however without glow.

Important information: We try what we can in order to describe our art products as precisely as possible and to display them visually. This painting was made by the male Dutch painter Cornelis Bisschop in 1668. The piece of art belongs to the art collection of Rijksmuseum, which is the largest museum for Dutch art and history from the Middle Ages to the present day. The painter Cornelis Bisschop was a European artist from the Netherlands, whose artistic style can mainly be classified as Baroque. The artist was born in the year 1630 and passed away at the age of 44 in 1674.
