Selectable product materials

We offer a range of various sizes and materials for every product. The following sizes and materials are the options we offer you for individualization:

  • The canvas print: A canvas direct print is a printed canvas mounted on a wood frame. How do I hang a canvas print on my wall? The advantage of canvas prints is that they are relatively low in weight, which implies that it is easy and straightforward to hang the Canvas print without the support of any wall-mounts. A canvas print is suitable for all types of walls.
  • The glossy acrylic glass print: An acrylic glass print, often referenced as a fine art print on plexiglass, transforms your favorite original into stunning décor and makes a distinct alternative to aluminium and canvas prints. The artwork is manufactured with state-of-the-art UV print technology. This has the effect of sharp, intense colors. With an acrylic glass art print sharp contrasts and also small painting details will be recognizeable due to the very subtle tonal gradation of the picture.
  • Metal (aluminium dibond print): Aluminium Dibond prints are metal prints with an impressive depth effect, creating a fashionable look thanks to a non-reflective surface structure. The Aluminium Dibond Print is your ideal start to fine reproductions with aluminum. For your Direct Print On Aluminum Dibond, we print the favorite artpiece on the aluminium white-primed surface.
  • Poster print (canvas material): A poster print is a UV printed sheet of canvas with a slightly rough surface structure. Please bear in mind, that depending on the absolute size of the poster we add a white margin between 2-6cm around the artwork, which facilitates the framing with your custom frame.

Important note: We try all that we can to describe our art products as exact as possible and to showcase them visually. Nevertheless, some tone of the printing material and the imprint can diverge slightly from the presentation on the device's monitor. Depending on the screen settings and the quality of the surface, color pigments may not be printed one hundret percent realistically. Bearing in mind that all art prints are processed and printed manually, there might also be slight deviations in the motif's exact position and the size.

Artwork description from The Cleveland Museum of Art (© Copyright - The Cleveland Museum of Art - The Cleveland Museum of Art)

The troubadour, a medieval traveling poet and entertainer, was a popular subject in 19th-century French art. Associated with chivalry and courtly love, the theme reflects a broader, romantic fascination with France's medieval past. Although Daumier was particularly inspired by the troubadour paintings of French Rococo artist Jean-Antoine Watteau of the 1700s, he rendered the subject here in a powerful style of simplified, muscular form that appealed to modern artists of his own time.
