The masterpiece titled Studienkopf was made by the historicist master Gabriel von Max. The original version had the following size: 36 x 27 cm - frame dimensions: 66 x 57 x 8 cm. Oil on canvas was used by the painter as the technique for the artwork. Signed lower right: G. Max is the artpiece's original inscription. The piece of art is in the the art collection of Belvedere, which is located in Vienna, Austria. The painter Gabriel von Max was an artist, whose style can be attributed mainly to Historicism. The Historicist painter lived for 75 years - born in the year 1840 in Prague and died in 1915 in Munich.
