Weather Horn, Mettenberg and Eiger with the two intervening Grindelwald glaciers was by the realist German painter Johann Michael Sattler. The painting has the size: 36,5 x 52,5 cm - frame dimensions: 56 x 73 x 10 cm. Oil on canvas was applied by the painter as the medium of the work of art. On the back label: Eiger, Monch and Jungfrau is the painting's original inscription. This work of art is included in the collection of Belvedere, which is one of Europe's most famous museums with three locations that blends the experience of architecture and art in a unique way. The public domain work of art is provided with courtesy of © Belvedere, Vienna, inventory number: 4580. Also, the work of art has the creditline: exchange with art trade L. T. Neumann, Vienna in 1951. Furthermore, alignment of the digital reproduction is in landscape format with a side ratio of 3 : 2, which means that the length is 50% longer than the width. Johann Michael Sattler was a painter, whose style can be classified as Realism. The German artist was born in 1786 in Herzogenburg, Lower Austria and deceased at the age of 61 in the year 1847.
