In 1773 the male artist Jean-Simon Berthélemy painted this 18th century work of art. The version of the painting had the size: 40 1/4 x 53 1/2 in (102,2 x 135,89 cm) and was produced with oil on canvas. Today, the work of art can be viewed in in the Los Angeles County Museum of Art's digital art collection, which is the largest art museum in the western United States, with a collection of more than 142.000 objects that illuminate 6.000 years of artistic expression across the globe.
