For every art print we offer a range of different sizes and materials. We allow yout to choose among the following variants:

• The acrylic glass print: A glossy print on acrylic glass, often named a UV print on plexiglass, will turn your original work of art into brilliant décor and forms a distinct alternative to dibond and canvas art prints. The real glass coating protects your selected fine art print against sunlight and external influences for several decades.
• Canvas: A canvas direct print is a printed cotton canvas mounted on a wood frame. Your printed canvas of your favorite masterpiece will allow you to transform your into a large artpiece. The advantage of canvas prints is that they are relatively low in weight. That means, it is easy and straightforward to hang up the Canvas print without the use of additional wall-mounts. Hence, a canvas print is suitable for all kinds of walls.
• Poster print on canvas material: A poster is a printed sheet of canvas with a slightly rough structure on the surface. Please bear in mind, that depending on the absolute size of the poster print we add a white margin of something between 2-6cm round about the print in order to facilitate the framing with a custom frame.
• Metal (aluminium dibond print): Aluminium Dibond prints are prints on metal with an impressive depth effect. A non-reflective surface structure make a modern impression. For the Direct Aluminium Dibond print, we print the selected artwork on the surface of the aluminum composite. The white and bright components of the original work of art shine with a silk gloss, however without the glow.

Legal disclaimer: We try what we can to depict the art products as exact as possible and to display them visually. Depending on your settings of your screen and the nature of the surface, not all colors are printed one hundret percent realistically. Considering that our are processed and printed by hand, there might as well be slight differences in the size and exact position of the motif.

This narrative painting describes the moments before a seduction. A young man in red breeches attempts to pull a young woman onto a bed. Struggling, she tries to push him away, dragging her dressing table down with her. Ironically, an open drawer reveals a book on the rules of courtship. Below, a small dog barks, alarmed by the commotion.

In the Biographical Anecdotes of William Hogarth, published in 1785, John Nichols wrote that a "certain vicious nobleman," the Duke of Montague, supposedly commissioned this painting and its companion, After. According to an old tradition, the protagonist was said to have been Sir John Willes, later Chief Justice of the Court of Common Pleas.

Many artists made engravings, some of them scandalous, after these paintings. Hogarth's engravings after his own paintings are truer to the originals.

The Rococo painter was born in 1697 in London, Greater London, England, United Kingdom and deceased at the age of 67 in the year 1764.
