The diplomat, painter Peter Paul Rubens was an artist from the Netherlands, whose style can mainly be attributed to Baroque. The Dutch artist was born in the year 1577 in Siegen, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany and deceased at the age of 63 in 1640 in Antwerp, Antwerpen province, Flanders, Belgium.
