Nowadays, this artwork is in the the digital art collection of Belvedere in Vienna, Austria. The public domain piece of art is being supplied with courtesy of © Belvedere, Vienna, inventory number: 3836. Creditline of the artwork: purchase from Gallery Grosse, Berlin in 1941. On top of that, alignment of the digital reproduction is in portrait format with a side ratio of 1 : 1.2, meaning that the length is 20% shorter than the width. The illustrator, painter Max Slevogt was a European artist, whose style can be classified as Impressionism. The Impressionist artist was born in the year 1868 in Landshut, Bavaria, Germany and died at the age of 64 in the year 1932.
