Coffee Scene Ambassadors was located in the gardens of the Champs-Elysees, near the Place de la Concorde. He was replaced in 1931 by the Theater des Ambassadeurs, now (1970) the Espace Pierre Cardin. Raoul Torché (1850-1895), was a journalist and playwright; he collaborated in several newspapers under various pseudonyms (smiley, Escopette Gavroche).

Jean Béraud was a male painter of French nationality, whose art style was mainly Impressionism. The European artist lived for 86 years, born in 1849 and passed away in 1935.
