This more than 370 years old artpiece was created by Jan Vermeer in 1648. The original was painted with the size: height: 52 cm width: 68 cm | height: 20,5 in width: 26,8 in. Oil on panel was applied by the artist as the technique for the piece of art. The original artwork's inscription is: signed: JVMeer. Moveover, the work of art can be viewed in in the Mauritshuis's digital collection. The alignment of the digital reproduction is landscape and has an aspect ratio of 4 : 3, which means that the length is 33% longer than the width.
