The artwork called Sarntheiner farmers was created by the artist Ferdinand Kruis. The more than 110 year old original measures the size: 114 x 84,5 cm - frame: 132 × 102 × 6,5 cm and was crafted with the technique oil on canvas. "Signed, dated and name right below: FERD.KRUIS. / 1907 Sarnthein." is the painting's inscription. What is more, this artwork belongs to the art collection of Belvedere in Vienna, Austria. With courtesy of © Belvedere, Vienna, inventory number: 899 (public domain license). Creditline of the artwork: purchase from Secession, Vienna in 1908. What is more, the alignment is portrait with an aspect ratio of 3 : 4, meaning that the length is 25% shorter than the width. Ferdinand Kruis was a artist from Austria, whose artistic style can primarily be classified as Art Nouveau. The painter lived for a total of 120 years, born in the year 1869 in Pisek, Bohemia and passed away in the year 1989 in innsbruck.
