Additional description by the museum (© Copyright - Belvedere - Belvedere)

The picture shows a forest landscape of the Salzkammergut with the Dachstein Mountains. A similar view of the Dachstein for example, shows Ferdinand Georg Waldmüller "View of the Dachstein with Lake Hallstatt from the Hütteneckalpe at Ischl" in the Wien Museum. Orlik represents the dark, round granite blocks in the foreground relative to the clear shapes of the ridge. The round, weathered and bemoste granite appear as elemental contrast to the bright, crystalline forms of the snow-capped high mountains. [Markus Fellinger, 03/2013]

Obtain your art print material variant

We offer a range of various materials and sizes for every product. You can choose among the following product customization options:

  • Metal print (aluminium dibond): Aluminium Dibond prints are prints on metal with a true depth - for a modern impression and a non-reflective surface structure. The Aluminium Dibond Print is the perfect introduction to art replicas on aluminum. For our Direct Print On Aluminum Dibond, we print the selected artpiece on the surface of the white-primed aluminum composite. Colors are bright and vivid, details appear clear and crisp, and you can truly perceive the matte appearance.
  • Poster (canvas material): The Artprinta poster is a UV printed flat canvas with a granular surface structure. Please keep in mind, that depending on the absolute size of the poster we add a white margin of around 2-6 cm around the print in order to facilitate the framing with a custom frame.
  • The canvas print: The UV printed canvas mounted on a wood frame. A printed canvas of your favorite work of art will allow you to transform your fine art print into a large work of art like you would see in a gallery. Hanging a canvas print: The advantage of canvas prints is that they are relatively low in weight, meaning that it is easy and straightforward to hang up your Canvas print without the use of extra wall-mounts. Hence, a canvas print is suitable for all types of walls.
  • Print on acrylic glass: The print on acrylic glass, often described as a UV print on plexiglass, will change your favorite original into beautiful wall décor. Furthermore, it offers a viable alternative option to canvas or aluminium dibond fine art prints. The artwork is custom-made with the help of state-of-the-art UV printing machines. The result of this are vibrant and stunning color tones. The plexiglass protects your custom fine art print against light and external influences for up to 6 decades.
