The 17th century artpiece was painted by the male painter Mattheus Terwesten in 1680. Today, this artpiece belongs to the collection of Rijksmuseum, which is the largest museum for Dutch art and history from the Middle Ages to the present day. Mattheus Terwesten was a painter from Germany, whose artistic style can mainly be assigned to Baroque. The Baroque artist lived for 87 years and was born in 1670 and deceased in 1757.
