Description of this over 350 year-old painting

The classic art piece of art was painted by the Dutch painter Jan Wijnants. Today, the artpiece forms part of the digital art collection of Rijksmuseum. Jan Wijnants was a male painter from the Netherlands, whose style can mainly be attributed to Baroque. The Dutch painter lived for a total of 59 years and was born in 1625 in Haarlem, North Holland, Netherlands and passed away in 1684 in Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands.
