In 1626 this Utrecht-born painter moved to Antwerp, where he became acquainted with sumptuous and colourful Flemish still-life painting. He combined this influence with his gift for rendering nature in minute detail. This is clear to see in this floral and fruit festoon: a highly decorative entity that is nevertheless meticulously detailed. All kinds of hungry insects populate this still life.

Order the material you would like to have

For every product we offer a range of different sizes and materials. Pick your favorite size and material among the following options:

  • Print on acrylic glass (with real glass coating): The print on acrylic glass, often referenced as a UV print on plexiglass, will turn the original work of art into stunning home décor. The work of art is being made with modern UV print machines. The great upside of an acrylic glass fine art copy is that contrasts and details become more exposed due to the delicate tonal gradation. The acrylic glass protects your chosen art print against sunlight and heat for between four and six decades.
  • Canvas: The canvas print, not to be confused with an artwork painted on a canvas, is an image printed directly on canvas material. Canvas Prints have the great advantage of being relatively low in weight, meaning that it is easy and straightforward to hang up the Canvas print without extra wall-mounts. Therefore, canvas prints are suitable for all types of walls.
  • Metal (aluminium dibond print): These are metal prints on aluminium dibond with a true effect of depth. Its non-reflective surface structure creates a modern impression. The white and bright parts of the artwork shine with a silk gloss but without any glare. Colors are luminous, details appear crisp and clear, and the print has a a matte appearance that you can literally feel. This direct UV print on aluminium is one of the most popular entry-level products and is a modern way to display artworks, since it draws attention on the replica of the artwork.
  • The poster print (canvas material): The Artprinta poster is a printed canvas with a fine structure on the surface. Please bear in mind, that depending on the size of the poster we add a white margin between 2-6cm round about the artwork to facilitate the framing with your custom frame.
