The 19th century artpiece was made by the painter Jean-Louis Bezard in 1839. The original version was painted with the size: Height: 32,5 cm, Width: 44,5 cm. Oil painting was applied by the painter as the technique for the artwork. "Monogram = number - Monogram bottom left: L. B." is the artwork's original inscription. Today, the artpiece is included in the Petit Palais - Musée des Beaux-arts de la Ville de Paris's digital collection, which is an art museum in the 8th arrondissement.
