For every art print we offer a range of different sizes & materials. The following sizes and materials are the options we offer you for individualization:

• The canvas print: A canvas print is a printed canvas mounted on a wooden stretcher. It produces a sculptural effect of three dimensionality. In addition to that, a canvas makes a lovely and warm impression. The great advantage of canvas prints is that they are relatively low in weight. That means, it is easy and straightforward to hang the Canvas print without the support of extra wall-mounts. Hence, canvas prints are suitable for all kinds of walls.

An elegantly dressed woman combs the long, curly locks of her son. In the background a maidservant enters the room carrying a pitcher of water. She looks sternly at the little girl sticking out her tongue in a mirror. Netscher emphasizes the importance of good upbringing. A prudent mother takes this task seriously, assisted by her maidservant.

The masterpiece was painted by the painter Caspar Netscher in 1669. This artpiece belongs to the art collection of Rijksmuseum, which is the largest museum for Dutch art and history from the Middle Ages to the present day. Caspar Netscher was a painter from the Netherlands, whose style can be attributed mainly to Baroque. The European artist was born in the year 1639 and deceased at the age of 45 in the year 1684.
